However, we do ask that you avoid any permanent modifications (such as painting walls or installing fixtures) without prior approval. Minor changes, like hanging artwork or using removable wall hooks, are perfectly fine. Please reach out to us if you’re planning any modifications that might affect the apartment structure or require approval.
